Couldn't find any faults at all

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it was right next to a large shopping mall with a variety of excellent restaurants. We enjoyed being able to easily explore the mall and try out different cuisines. The hotel also provided enhanced comfort with its spacious rooms and amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were impressed with the quality of service, from the attentive room service to the efficient housekeeping. our experience here was top-notch and we highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, very close to a large shopping center where we could find everything we needed, including many restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including Nespresso coffee for coffee lovers. The hotel also had convenient transportation options nearby, including a metro station within a 10-minute walk. this hotel proved to be a great choice for our stay in the city Center.

The lobby of the hotel was impressive and the rooms were large. the hot water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not consistent, and the shower screen was not always wiped. the carpets and furnishings in the rooms were dirty, and cigarette burns were visible.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping center, making it easy to find anything you need. It is also close to the expo center, perfect for business guests attending events. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff provide cheerful service and the breakfast offers a good variety of options.
